Access myHealth Online Anywhere Anytime

You can get myHealth Online with the MyChart® application on iTunes or through the Android Market.

Download Instructions:

Access the App Store or Android Market on your mobile device
Search for 'MyChart' to locate the application
Download the free MyChart application
Launch the MyChart application and select Santa Clara Valley Medical Center as your healthcare provider
Log in using your myHealth Online username and password
