Land and Labor Use Acknowledgement (LLUA)
We intentionally start all our educational programming in larger group settings with a Land and Labor Use Acknowledgment. This Acknowledgement is moment to pause and recognize, honor Indigenous and Black communities, recognize tremendous sacrifice and promote greater public awareness about their continued influence in modern day society.
