The surveyor spent time visiting the hospital, the 11 clinic locations as well as the Central Fill and Enborg Pharmacy. The surveyor reviewed the processes, policies and procedures, employee files, competencies, flu vaccination rate, TB testing compliance, infection prevention, emergency management, and many other elements to ensure everything was conforming with The Joint Commission's home care accreditation standards
