PARTNERS IN AIDS CARE AND EDUCATION (PACE) CLINIC

The PACE Clinic offers individuals, in all stages of HIV infection, expert care in a welcoming and compassionate environment. We offer a multi-disciplinary approach to care that includes a comprehensive range of on-site services, from clinical treatment to nutrition and psychotherapy. We have a committed team of medical providers, nurses, pharmacists, counselors, and outreach workers to ensure that we give our patients the care and support they need.

To be referred to the PACE Clinic, a patient must be HIV positive. Individuals may self-refer or be referred by another physician. The process for Intake includes having appointments with the Social Worker and Benefits Counselor.

The PACE Clinic accepts insurance including MediCal/Medicare and private insurances, as well as coverage for the uninsured under the following programs: Ryan White, ADAP coverage and County of Santa Clara APD.
