Inna Tauglich



Department Manager

Inna has over 30 years of experience in the medical care field. She worked at Good Samaritan Ambulatory Care clinics, Santa Teresa Kaiser, Los Gatos Community clinics, and joined the County of Santa Clara in 2000. 

    Taking a holistic approach and putting needs of patients first is part of her philosophy. As a manager of Ambulatory Health Education Department, she provides strategic leadership and oversees coordination of all Ambulatory health education services and programs. She finds common language with everyone by using her knowledge in human psychology and practicing emotional intelligence. She feels passionate about her work and strives to find ways to improve and inspire. Inna has a Doctorate degree in holistic healing, Master’s in public health and gerontology, bachelor’s in nutrition science, and she is a certified Life Coach. She enjoys writing, cooking, painting, spending time with her family, especially with her lovely twin- daughters and beloved black Labrador. Inna does freelance writing for magazines and has published two books for children about healthy eating habits.​

    Health Education Specialist

    Seena joined the Ambulatory Health Education Department in 2016 as a health educator and has since developed and maintained health education programs for the department and is the lead coordinator of the Maternal Health & Baby Education program.

      She is thrilled for the opportunity to share her passion for education with the expectant parents. She is a Certified Lactation Educator. Prior to the Health Education Department, Seena worked at the Quality and Safety department – County of Santa Clara, UCSF, and the California Department of Public Health and was responsible for coordinating research grants, literature review, analyzing data, developing databases, and creating user manuals for staff education. She has a Masters in Public Health from San Jose State University and a Bachelors in Accounting and Auditing from India. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling and watching movies.​

      Health Education Specialist 

      Jose began working for the County of Santa Clara in 1997. Over his 20 plus years with the County, he has worked in the Emergency Room, Emergency Psychiatric Services, Home Composting Program, Household Hazardous Waste Program, and in 2014, joined the Healthier Living Program as the lead coordinator. He received his certification as a Master Trainer for the Healthier Living Program in 2014. Jose obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley.

        In his personal time, he loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and Yorkshire terrier, Paddington. He also enjoys cooking up some good BBQ in his smoker for friends and family. He is an avid sports fan, and often times can be found in the stands of Levi’s Stadium cheering on his beloved 49ers on game day. 

        Kassandra Martinez



        Health Service Representative

        Kassandra joined the Ambulatory Health Education department in 2018. She is currently pursuing her A.S. in nursing to eventually become a Nurse Practitioner. In her experience, Kassandra has worked in multiple clinical settings that have prepared her for her current role with our team.

          Kassandra’s career goals are to provide exceptional care for her future patients. She is still undecided between a role in the Emergency Department, Cardiology or Neonatal Care. She was born and raised in the San Jose area and hopes to be able to give back to her community. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, binging on Netflix and taking her dogs out for a walk.

          Clinical Nurse

          Jessica Garcia is a Registered Nurse who has been working for Santa Clara County since 2018. She is the Lead Prenatal Educator for the Maternal Health and Baby Education program and is also a Certified Lactation Educator. She strives to provide high quality prenatal education to improve the experience of expecting mothers.

            Jessica is bilingual in English and Spanish.  She received her Nursing degree from Evergreen Valley College in 2017.  In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family, read, hike, swim, and go to concerts. ​

            Nupur Rathore

            Health Education Associate

            Nupur joined the Ambulatory Health Education Department (AHED) in 2019 as a part of Healthier Living Program. She brings with her nearly 10 years of experience as a healthcare professional, overseeing multiple programs like Tuberculosis, AIDS/HIV, Polio, Oral Cancer. Her passion for community health and education stemmed from her work with the rural population, educating them on different aspects of Oral health.

              Nupur completed her Master’s from San Jose State University in Public Administration and holds a Bachelor’s in Dentistry from India. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and traveling.
