Our Mission 

We are committed to the health and well-being of our patients, our staff, and our community. 

• Our Nutrition Services mission is to: assess and provide for patients’ nutritional needs and educate them on appropriate diets to best manage their medical conditions. 
• Our Food Services mission is to: plan, purchase and prepare high quality food for patients, staff and visitors, that is also medically appropriate, timely and affordable. 

Our services include: 

• Patient meal service. 
• Cafeteria & Café meals for employees and visitors. 
• Basic Diet education for hospitalized patients. 
• Medical Nutrition Therapy and advanced diet education for inpatients and outpatients. 
• Recommendations for nutrition supplements, tube feeding, and intravenous feeding for inpatients and outpatients. 
• NICU Milk Room human milk storage, mixing and delivery.
