Staff members at the Regional Burn Center at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center are available for presentations and lectures on any burn related topic at health fairs, schools and other community events and programs. The Regional Burn Center at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center partners with several non-profit burn organizations to help our patients get connected with the resources available in the community.

- The San Jose Firefighters Burn Foundation provides a link to the San Jose Firefighters site for camps and other prevention and fundraising activities.
- The Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides individual support and programs for adult and children burn survivors.
- The American Burn Association is the national organization dedicated to the delivery of burn care.
- The Burn Institute provides information for burn survivors and their families.
- Cool the Burn is a site for children with burn injuries.
- Changing Faces provides resource for burn survivors with facial disfigurements.
- The Phoenix Society is a national resource for burn survivors and provides a link to S.O.A.R. information.
