VALLEY HOMELESS HEALTHCARE PROGRAM (VHHP)

North County Mobile Health Center

As it gets more expensive to live in Silicon Valley, we are seeing more people who are becoming homeless, including families who are struggling to get by. Valley Homeless Healthcare Program knows how hard people are working and our goal is to partner with them to get them back on their feet. 

The North County Mobile Health Center is made of a team of community outreach specialists, psychiatrists, psychologists, medical doctors, nurses, and medical social workers. The clinic is located on a mobile bus that parks at the Sunnyvale Homefirst Shelter every Monday and Thursday.
