Analytics & Reporting
The Analytics Department at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center enables data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Using the Epic EHR and the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Analytics consultants work with providers and business stakeholders to create metrics, dashboards, and reports that improve patient care, increase quality and efficiency, drive financial improvement, while liaising with other County, State, and Federal agencies.

Analytics places a strong emphasis on technical excellence, innovation, and teamwork. Our Business Information Technology Consultants and Epic Report Writers work closely with department heads, physicians, and other key stakeholders to arrange for better insight as well as to improve the operational and financial performance of SCVMC. You will have the opportunity to provide analytics across a wide variety of fields, including Inpatient, Ambulatory, Finance, Administration, Quality, Pharmacy, Perioperative, Behavioral Health, and Custody.
The Analytics Department at SCVMC is periodically looking for experienced professionals with demonstrable experience in actionable analytics via a combination of Epic tools, visualization tools like Tableau, reporting tools like Crystal, and statistical/modeling tools like R.
